Arcea Chavez

Office Manager

Hi, I’m Arcea! Originally from San Jose, California, I’ve called Colorado home for many years now—but as a born-and-raised Bay Area girl, I’ll always stay loyal to my San Francisco 49ers! When I’m not at the office, you can usually find me spending quality time with my big family or curled up with a good book. I’m also a proud dog mom to three cute pups who are convinced they’re human. My husband and I are huge fans of all things Marvel and Disney, and we love taking trips to Disneyland to embrace our inner kids. That playful spirit is exactly what makes working at Clover Kids so special. As the Office Manager, my goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and organized environment that supports both our amazing team and the families we serve. The energy, compassion, and dedication of our team truly make a difference in the positive experiences our patients and families have every day, and I’m so proud to be a part of it!

Ashlei Hardy

Patient Coordinator

Hey! I’m Ashlei, originally from Southern CA but have lived in Colorado since 2010. I love anything Halloween and going to see scary movies because spooky season is the best! Sam Cooke is my absolute favorite artist and his music holds a very special place in my heart. I love my furry shadow, Milo, and most enjoy our evening walks when the sky is pink and I have a chance to take in the day. My guilty pleasure is anything mint chocolate – yum! The best part of my job as a Patient Coordinator is working with kids. Being around children takes me back to the good ole’ days when life wasn’t so serious and there wasn’t a care in the world. It’s definitely a nice reminder to slow down, be a little more gentle and carefree, and live in the moment – especially in this fast adult life that seems to just pass us by!

Nataly Najera

Dental Assistant

Hello, my name is Nataly. I am a Dental Assistant at Clover Kids Dentistry, a job I absolutely love. I was born and raised in Colorado. I enjoy experiencing all the beautiful mountains that we have with my family who mean the world to me. I am one of five kids, four brothers and me. I have two amazing little girls of my own and they are the reason I love working with kids. It is such a gift being able to treat every single child that walks in the way I would want my kids to be treated. I love that I can make a difference in a child’s dental experience making every single visit a positive one! Working with kids is the most rewarding job in my opinion because the smiles and giggles you receive at the end of each visit are so genuine and sweet. They will always tell you how it is and are the best patients to work with. All of this makes this job worthwhile!se Description

Miranda Grajeda

Lead Dental Assistant

Heyy, I’m Miranda! I was born and raised in Colorado by my hardworking Mexican parents, who taught me the importance of family, dedication, and kindness. Growing up with three sisters meant I always had built-in best friends, and while it could be a little crazy at times, I wouldn’t change it for the world. I’m also a dog mom to my furry baby, Benji, who loves cuddles and being the center of attention. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, whether it’s game nights, movie nights, or simply making memories together. I truly believe I have one of the best jobs because working with all these different amazing kids that walk through our door it brings so much joy to my life. Every day they teach me patience, imagination, innocence, and love, while reminding me to embrace my inner child through conversations about Disney movies, princesses, superheroes, and all the magic that comes with childhood. Their happiness and curiosity inspire me daily, and I feel grateful to be part of their journey as they grow and learn.

Karla Medina-Diaz

Dental Assistant

Hi there! My name is Karla. I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, and spent several years living in Mexico between the ages of 7 and 10. That experience helped shape who I am today by teaching me humility and an appreciation for life’s simple joys. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two cats, Toby and Bo (Go Broncos!), experimenting with new recipes and traveling with my significant other—whether it’s out of the country or discovering another Colorado town. What I love most about being a dental assistant is helping children feel safe, comfortable, and heard. I understand that visiting the dentist can be intimidating for many kids, and I take pride in creating a positive experience where they can build confidence and develop healthy dental habits. Being able to guide children through their dental visits with kindness, patience, and encouragement is my favorite part of being a member of the Clover Kids Dentistry team.

Dani Cardoza

Hi! I’m Dani! I was born and raised in Colorado and love calling it home. Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me traveling, shopping, baking, or enjoying just about any dessert I can get my hands on! My favorite part of working at Clover Kids Dentistry is getting to know each child’s unique personality. Every smile, laugh, and funny conversation makes my day. I know visiting the dentist can be intimidating for some kids, so I strive to create a fun, friendly, and welcoming environment where they feel comfortable and cared for. Helping children build confidence in their smiles is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Ciprina Carson

Dental Assistant

Hi, I’m Ciprina! I was born in San Diego, California, but I’ve called Colorado home for most of my life. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends, hanging out with my two dogs, or staying active. I’ve always had a passion for helping others, which is what led me to a career in dentistry. Working at Clover Kids allows me to combine that passion with my love for working with children. I enjoy helping create positive dental experiences and making every patient feel comfortable, supported, and cared for during their visit. Being part of a team that is dedicated to helping children build healthy smiles and confidence is incredibly rewarding, and I’m grateful to be a part of the Clover Kids family.
